Özgür Hazar : Vocals & Guitar

Ozgur Hazar was born in 1976 in Influenced by Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, BB King, Matt Schofield, and other Blues legends. Lived in the US – Philadelphia between 2004 – 2006 and played with several bands in clubs. Played many concerts and clubs in Istanbul with his band. Has moved to Leuven/Belgium in March 2018. The first single ‘Sad and Blue’ was included in BRR album sampler 11th edition, together with great artists such as Allman Betts Band, Samantha Fish, Laurence Jones Band, Danny Bryant, Ken Valdez, Savoy Brown, and others.His band Ozgur Hazar’s Blues Syndicate came together in 2020 and played many shows and concerts in Belgium

Geert Zonderman : Bass Guitar

 Geert Zonderman (°1971) is playing bass since the late eighties and has since played concerts in Belgium, Holland, France, Germany, Italy and the UK. He joined blues-rock power trio The Mark Marshall Band in the late nineties and played a large number of concerts all over Belgium. A meeting with Spanish blues guitarist Fernando Neris led to the founding of instrumental jazz/blues combo The Blue Gang Quartet in 2001 and The Hoodoogang in 2003, a blues band who for 6 years became a fixed value in the Belgian and Dutch blues scene. A number of  personnel changes led in 2013 to the founding of Tensfield, a blues/fusion band with guitarist Raffe Claes, with whom he played at the Belgian Rhythm and Blues Festival in Peer among other.


Vincent Caers : Drums

Vincent Caers obtained master degrees in percussion, contemporary music and chamber music at LUCA School of Arts, Leuven. He continued with courses in electronic music at IRCAM, Paris and Berklee College of Music. He also obtained a degree in cultural management at the Antwerp Management School. After being a research assistant for two years at the Royal Brussels Conservatory, he started his PhD research at the LUCA School of Arts, KU Leuven. Next to his own projects as electronic musician and percussionist, he often performs as a freelance musician in ensembles and orchestras internationally. He was an Artist in Residence at the ICST (CH), Banff Center for Arts and Creativity (CA) and BAC Art Lab (BE), performed at festivals such as ManiFeste (FR) and the Darmstadt Ferienkürse (DE). He was also part of the Verbier Festival Orchestra (CH).
